Should i call the doctor?

Today all day off and on I've been having cramps in my lower back and a few where my uterus is. I just listened to my babys heartbeat on the fetal doppler I have and it was good and strong. My cramps aren't severe but I can tell its a cramp....is everything okay? :/

Could most likely be braxton hicks. If you have constant cramping and tightening in your belly thats 3 to 5 minutes apart then those are real contractions. Braxton hicks are nothing to be concerned about

It's mostly in my back... Kinda the same feeling I would get before my period but not as bad

Thank you. It just started today so maybe its because I had a busy day and have been pretty much walking all day long.

My doctor said period like cramping is totally normal. Your uterus is making space for baby and he said you'll get them along your back and side too. If it gets unbearable or you start to bleed or if you just want to be safe then I would give your doc a call.
