this is really weird situation

Feb.10-13th I had period (normally 5 days) then had sex then Feb 16,17,18 when I pee n wipe small traces of blood nothing anywhere else, also experienced around 19 -21 st felt like I was doing setups but I didn't stomach was sore as if I did. Ok had sex few times ending Feb , in between ovulating days. March 3rd I start bleeding very heavily with strings blood clots, this was only 20 says since 1 st day of Feb period by the way.... it was heavy blood, toilet water more red then pee I took test it was neg which I knew bc no way I'm prego from Feb already considering its only 6-9 days after I ovulated in Feb... its now march 6 th blood lightened up last night finally n today its pretty much gone just spots on pads now. So for 2 n half heavy bleeding n cramps , can I be prego? Did I miscarriage? Is it something else wrong? Early period n just added heavy bleeding? When should I take test? I wouldn't of even shown pjs on march 3 rd right bc too early ? Can someone answer these? And do the math for me when I would of ovulated in Feb n implantation date? And when ?

I am not a doctor but as far as I know, spotting in Dec and jan doesn't rule out being pregnant before February. I am guessing one of the things your doctor was looking for with the ultrasound was remnants of a miscarriage.

How do you know when you ovulated?

Today march 8th still bleeding, not heavy like first 3 days though. March 5 th was neg for prego which I knew it would be considering I just ovulated  on 24th or 26th of Feb , a mere 5 days when tested. It may not be prego at all but clearly a possibility still. we are not trying but not preventing either . March 5 (2nd day of heavy bleeding n now 7 days since ovulated , 22days since last period) test was negative, ultrasound was good of ovaries n uterus , bloodwork good ,..... so who knows whats going on, Dr says call in 2 wks if bleeding still,n repeat urine test for sure...... so questions march 5 th nothing would of appeared in ultrasound right bc it was 7 days since ovulation only.... bloodwork either right  bc again 7 days only....right? I'm afraid to take provara bc that was too early then .. right?

BTW I do have 2 kids n before Feb period I didn't have a period for 80 days prior to Feb 10 th period. I have hit n miss irregular months. However those 80 previous days before Feb 10 I did pee n spit blood a few days in Jan n Dec both nothing major. Just small traces when wipe. So I can rule out a pregency before Feb for sure.... but Feb I'm unsure
