How to calculate the months?

My Dr  & the book "What to expect when your expecting" consider that the start of 6months...weeks 23-27 make up month 6

Thats 4-6 months pregnant. Your in your second trimester (:

I know but some ppl tell me not to go by 4 Weeks cuz some months are longer then that

23 weeks is 5.75 months there are 4 weeks in a month 23 ÷4 is 5.75
