i had gotten tired of ttc because overtime we tried nothing ever happened and now once again my little lady lets me down by showing up this month. well i am now thinking of going to a fertility clinic to get checked out and see if there may be something wrong with me or hubby. although we are thinking there is nothing wrong and it might just not be our time yet we wanna make sure. lately we have just been sitting back having fun enjoying the things you don't do as much when you have a baby around like getting up and going any were u want not having to worry about a babysitter. and then when a baby comes around my heart sinks. i am like so ready to just say the hell with it and forget i ever wanted this to happen now. my mind is now set on if it happens it happens. i don't time my periods my ovulation or anything anymore im more relaxed now that i have decided to just stop trying. im going to just let things flow. let go and let god.

If you haven't even been to an RE yet, I encourage you to go!!!  Something very small may be wrong (such as not ovulating), or he could have slow or misshaped sperm which can definitely hinder conception.  Don't give up - if you look around these forums, many of us have been trying for months or even years to bring home our own little miracle.  Sometimes, alls it takes is some clomid - sometimes it might take surgery and IVF.  Just know that it's not impossible, and even if nothing is wrong, there's no hurt in getting checked out just to make sure.  I never thought anything was wrong, and was dx'd with PCOS after TTC for 9 months.  I'm now in my 2WW, hoping for a BFP in 10 days.  If I don't get it, I will continue to try because nothing in the world would make me happier than to be a mommy to a precious miracle.
