tmi but really need help

Recently I was treated for my first uti plus dehydration.....I've been drinking plenty of water and taking it easy.....I also have been using the bathroom very regular.....(peeing)....and earlier today was no different.....for the past 30 I've been going to the bathroom but only a little comes out at a time then I'm right back in there again....I can still feel that my bladder is full....I have no pain...itching or burning....any idea what this  could be??? I just had my doctors appointment today and everything was great.

I pee constantly cuz my lil guys head is pushing on my bladder, I drink plenty of water and rarely get a long pee out! It comes out in seconds and I'm back in no time, BUT I'm two days away from my due date!
