belly wrap after c section

This will be my second baby. With the first I had an emergency c section so this second delivery will also be a c section (June 10th !!! Getting close) my question is I have heard a lot about belly wraps after pregnancy and especially c sections to help pull your muscles back together and also help with pain/support. With my 1st section I was never given on nor was it recommended. Have any of you used one ?? If so did it help? What brand do you recommended and did it interfere with your section incision (rub or irritate it)

The hospital gave me one after my emergency c section and it helped me alot. It was like a giant ace bandage. I wish I still had it.

i tried with my first and it did more harm than good, it seriously irritated mine, i didn't use it for my 2nd one and had no trouble with my healing
