It's natural to sleep more when you're pregnant cos your body is working harder :)
I sleep better at night when I take a nap after work.
After I take a nap I feel a lot better but I've been told I sleep a lot, but I hear napping is good so I don't know what to believe lol
I nap during the day and it makes me feel soo much better, my mood is worse if I don't nap :/
