Thankfully I get pregnant easily. With my first my husband was using protection and I wasn't on the pill it surprised both of us. My second we tried once when I was ovulating. And its a girl due May 17th.

I was off of birth control for three weeks when I got pregnant. I also have a lot of cysts on both ovaries and was told I might be infertile. Anything is possible :)

I first came of the pill after my wedding in 2009, i tried to get pregnant for nearly 6 months with no luck, i decided to go back to college then so gave up and just used condoms (never went back on the pill). We started trying again after a year and it took almost a year and a half. I'm now 10 weeks pregnant.. I was using cheap ovulation kits for months but i didnt find them helpful. My cousin then told me to use the clearblue digital ovulation kit. It shows a smiley face when you are ovulating and just an O when not. They are much easier to read and i was pregnant on my first try using them.

17 +3 and it took us about 2 1/2 years. The first year we weren't using protection and if it happened it happened but after we got married we started trying a little harder.

First time I got pregnant while on the pill, we were not trying-just got really lucky.
Second time around ended with a M/C and having a D/C. Waited for one cycle and got pregnant 2 months later, I am now 38 weeks!
the only thing that I did was keep track of my periods so I could figure out how long my cycles were and trying to have sex starting 10 days after the first day of my period. Since on average you ovulate around day 14.

3 years with our first, 1 year with our second (while nursing our first), 10 months with our third (a month after our 2nd lost interest in nursing), 6 months after our third passed away from accident at full term birth. In June we will have  kids age 5,3,1 and newborn. There is something to be said about it being more easy to get pregnant after having one!

First pregnancy took 10 months. Second was my first cycle that returned after my son...sadly ended in miscarriage. Trying again now. It's been two months since the miscarriage.

Good luck to you! I would say...put away the tests until you feel pregnant or are late. They can kind of drive you nuts. I just vowed to not buy any till I was pretty sure I was pregnant again. Take care of yourself and get exercise. Best wishes.
