Hey there, what you have said is quite confusing, I am not sure what it is you want to know. The gestational age is the age of the fetus usually, and the mean sac diameter is what they get when they measure 3 different ways across the diameter of the gestational sac, the measurement 11mm is consistent with a 5 weeks 1 day gestational age. The ovaries being normal is a good thing. and if they couldn't see anything in the sac yet, they will do a follow up scan to check the growth of the sac and the fetus inside. I'm not sure if this has helped, but I hope so. good luck to you and all the best :)

We are not doctors on this forum but from my experience of early ultrasounds this is MY interpretation of what you posted:

You are measuring 5 wks 1 day pregnant.  Only a gestational sac was seen (no fetal pole (baby) or heartbeat)  This is not uncommon at 5 weeks pregnant as the heart does not start beating until approx 6 weeks.  Your ovaries look normal, no problems with them and they recommend another ultrasound (most likely in a week or two) to make sure that the gestational sac is growing properly and that an embryo (baby) and heartbeat will be seen at the appropriate time.
