What should I do???

I threw up my prenatal (again).
No I don't throw it up all the time, it just happens every now and then, yes I know what causes it but I won't go in to detail.
Anyway, what should I do? Is it safe to take another one?

Ask your doctor about taking ones without fish oil. ... I have been taking one's called prenatal plus and they haven't made me sick. .... I also take them before bed. .

Try taking it at a different time. Like before bed with some crackers or a light snack.

Make sure your eating before or try taking them at night time.

No sometimes our tummies dont agree with it but baby got what it needed. Just take one tomorrow .

Try chewables. The same thing happened to me. Doctor told me to try those and I didn't get sick!
