My doc gave me this pills to try my period regular but wen i take them i feel sso sick. I had a mc june n am irregular n i want to get pregnnant again
Just keep a test kit near:) i tried on the test a few days before my expected period and turned out positive so i got the chance to straight away go ro a clinic to confirm it and get some meds and help from doctor to keep my pregnancy strong. Because previously i was a week late for my period and it was very rare for me to be late but i was too scared to test. I think i lost it because my period came a week late. I felt sad because i knew and i felt like i was pregnant because of the symptoms. So right after that i didnt take anymore chances on waiting around.
Well i had a mc on juen of 5 weeks since that only one time my period came on sep 26 n i havent got it this timee of oct ..
Anyways,yeah,maybe ypu could try changing your diet for something healthier. Make sure your partner eats well too to get great 'swimmers'. Hopefully the other mommies will comment up here soon and you'll get more options and advices to help u with
I have a friend who sold me this ******* brand of pills called the GLA-complex consisting of Vit E and sunflower oil etc for my period cramps. Other people bought it bcause they had really irregular periods and so far from what i saw most of her customers got pregnant right after that. Including me. Well thats just me but i didnt exactly have any probs w my periods except for the crazy cramps. And since ur trying for a baby,make sure to put Folic acid into your diet from now on to prepare your body for pregnancy:)

How irregular is it?and are you guys really trying? Stress can affect your chances to get pregnant maybe if you keep thinking about it. Try check on the internet to see what kind of food and diet could help w ur menstrual cycle back on track. And as for the baby part,you have to relax and maybe dont think too much bout it. I know i was kind of tired thinking about trying so hard and got pregnant right after that! :) the right time will come. For now just enjoy all the love making and the togetherness moments you can have with your partner while you still have the time and im sure things will just fall into place and happen before you know it.
