try again after misscarriage
hello.i have question about geting pregnant after misscarriage.how long time i have to wait for try again?and if there is something bad if i get pregnant before first period is start again,i read in my language is okey nathing wrong even if i get before first period but i want to know more about thet.please help.tankyou.
For what I have heard, doctors dont recommend you wait if you had a natural miscarriage. If you havea d&c, then you should wait because the uterine wall is alot thinner from that proccess.. Doctors usually request that people wait 1 period so that they can better date the pregnancy. Another reason, doctors sometimes ask people who have had natural miscarriage to wait 1-3months, 6 months etc.. is emotional readiness.. Miscarriage is a loss.. Though alot of us want to get on the horse right away, because we want to be pregnant again so bad, no one really wants to think about another miscarriage and handling that. We must stay positive so... On the note, there are positive and negatives testimonies all over these forums from people conceiving ASAP and the studies finding is a positive grip for those who are emotionally ready at the tiem to start right away.
You will not get pregnant until your HCG has gone down because you will not ovulate until then. If you have never tested negative since your miscarriage.. You may want to get your HCG lvl checked to be safe.. If you dont you wont ever tell if it is a new pregnancy or not, which will cause more grief in the future.
If you had your miscarriage recently and tested positive recently, there is a good chance its not a new pregnancy as it would take a couple weeks for it to reshow on the pregnancy test if you did return to negative.
Or at least this is my general understanding on this. Iam not an expert

enyway.....i was read moustly-thet eed wait one period and then can try again,but...then i get news ,my causen is pregnant and in same week whitch i have to be now...just try to enmegin how did i feel in thet moment...i was happy about her,butin the same time sad about myself...
and i think....everywhere is write diferent think,somewhere -YOU HAVE TO WAIT,somewhere-DO THET STRATE AWAY ITS NOT PROBLEM....

wow. why are so many of us told to wait?? Why are we so misinformed? I know it's just not me... I have read others (at different times) posting the same thing. Why did I wait????
You shouldn't have any infections, unless your uterine wall was torn during the miscarriage. If you're worried about infection, then ask your doctor.
I just got test results back from my triple screen and the baby tested negative for anything genetically wrong.
You can feel and smell and infection. Discharge of an irregular smell or color is one of the few signs of infection. Then extreme pain.
Still ask a doctor if it really scares you.

Dude, I got pregnant the same week I miscarried too. Im now 4 1/2 months along and going strong. We were supposed to wait and we tried to wait. We found out I was pregnant the day before my husband was supposed to go to his training school. He left a very happy Daddy-to-be.
We find out what the sex of our baby is the week after next. So, yes you can try again immediately.

feritlity happen quite quick after but depending on your body if it heals fast enough i miscarried twice, horrible expierence good luck god bless
yes they did take my HCG level,just you did ask,do you know your level,and my unswer was no,because i dont know but doctor know...

sorry for ur loss. i know how hard it is. there is hope! i had a miscarriage april 26 2010. my doc said to wait one cycle. in june 2010 i found out im pregnant and so far everything looks good. im 5 months pregnant with a lil girl! good luck and be strong. leave everything in gods hands.
Did they not check your HCG levels after our MC? Hmm..
This may seem funny, but take a test now with First morning urine, because if its positive then you still have HCG in your system from the MC.

Didnt come on my period when it was due, figured the Mc just messed up my Body waited for my next cycle never came so I took a test... and the US confirmed that I concieved again in the same week.
For my Miscarriage. I was the only one in the ward waited 5 and a half hrs to be seen, but didnt, baby fell down the loo, had a US I was empty nothing their and my HCG dropped to 0 within 48hrs!
You can only ovulate if your HCG levels are 5 or below which is why I asked if your HCG had dropped and what too..
But yeah my 12 week US confirmed I got pregnant the same week as my miscarriage!

Cassandrajane: so how did you know you were pregnant so early? Blood test? I kept getting positive HPT until about a month later.... I guess they checked your levels & they were rising?? Were they sure you completely miscarried? Maybe it is a miracle baby. (sorry for the stupid questions)

no i dont know....and thets what i am dooing,my bleeding is stop and i am trying again...i am werry scared but i werry hope i vill get pregnant again...
Yesp I lost my baby Tuesday the 13th of April and got pregnant again on the Sunday.
You're more fertile so you can try as soon as you stop bleeding and just hope for the best :) Do you know what your HCG is right now?
