Long story short: i heard having pierced nipples helps during breast feeding. Had them done. Took a bath tonight, only to find one side fell out and closed. Question: will i still be able to breast feed?

You don't have to have pierced nipples to breast feed...I don't know who in the world told you that. Your breast have natural openings already and always have. You will definitely be able to breast feed without pierced nipples.
