The baby dad is being a jerk saying its stupid, and I should name her something that isn't gonna rhyme with lay... as in "lay her out.." he's a jerk... I know.

I agree I couldn't figure out how to pronounce it until you sound it out and I agree with glittergirl88 alehya is a more suitable way to spell it but your baby so name her as you please

Alehya would be a more suitable way to spell it because when you look at it the way you spelled it you would say it like ay-lee. But if you don't mind everyone botching her name then go for it. I do like the sound of the name though. As for the dad being a meanie head about her middle name, he sounds like he's real immature, you could take any name and rhyme it with something sexual. His opinion is not valid until he acts like an adult.
