Here in the U.S., doctors say the 12th week ultrasound is +/- a week in terms of accuracy.

Here in the UK u have u r first ultrasound at 12 weeks which they call the dating scan which confirms how far along u r! With my first they changed my due date because I was only actually 10+4 so had to go back 2 weeks later so yes they are usually pretty on point.
