unbearable burning in my vagina.

Okay so ever sence i have dry humped my vagina constantly burns and swells,
the pain is horrible, everytime i get my (vagina)lips wet it burns as if someone was stabing my vagina.
i wonder if its just cuts?
or if its something i should check up on.
PLEASE help. ASAP.
