Am i over reacting or what?pls advice

So my husband brither came to UK to relax for a visite for 20 days he just arrived 3 days ago.. Yeasterday they went to the mountain and it was raining so badly and when the came back my husband took his jeans directly to the kitchen so he don't get the floor dirty whil his bro stand on my daughter nappy change matris and make it so dirty :O , he went to shower and he didn't close the carteen"spl" when i went to the bathroom it was full of eater & my clothes get wet i was like WTF!
I was upsit my husband speak to him later on about it, but he is really pissing me off, he is not doing any thing, throwing his dirty clothes on our so i do them for him!! My husband cooking bc i'm too tired to stand on my feet & i do wash the dishes and he don't even pay anything for food or anything else!!
He thinks him self a peince or something , and not mention that he always out with my husband and keeping him away from me :"(

Any advice??please!!

He is sleeping in my daughter room u have to see it , it is just nightmare :(
I'll try to be nice but i'm sure that his mom told him i'm pregnant and she know exactly how difficult my pregnancy is,so he can be more tidy after himself ,
Lol i feel so hormonal with him i know i'm selfish about my husband i always want too keep him for me i don't like to share my life love lol

Since he'll be there for a while i would explainto him that while he is a guest in your home, hes not staying at a hotel with housekeeping. Lol try not to be rude! But tell him to pick up after himself.
You could also mention like "do you want to pitch in to buy (food) for dinner tonight?"
As for your husband...if they dont see each other often i would let them enjoy their time together.
