This morning I woke up and was in SO much pain. I couldn't sit up, walk or barely even talk because the pain was so bad. I am almost 20 weeks. I am the same as you, no bleeding or anything. I found out I have a UTI. That could possibly be causing you some pain or if you aren't passing gas or using the bathroom like you should it could cause a lot of problems.

Round ligament pain. Did you get up too fast or switch a position laying down? Were you walking or trying to lift something?
