I delivered my child 5 days back and highly constipated can u guys plz suggest any over d counter stool softener which us safe during breastfeeding.
Eat frosted mini wheats lol I'm pregnant and had the worst constipation started eating them every morning for breakfast and my bowels are back on track :) I like the cereal , anything high in fiber!
I can't drink apple juice as it wud cause me gastric.any over d counter medications? Brand name ?
After vaginall delivery i also constipated like hell i am still constipated and my baby is now 5 weeks old
