So i went to go to the bathroom #2 and ive been constipated on and off but tonight it was scary i wiped and it was bright red not out of my vagina either could it be from hemrroids sorry to be gross but i need help and it wasnt just red from the toilet paper my poop was red as well

Yeah unfortunately its a part of pregnancy -.- I've had hemorrhoids since my first and I told my dr about it and she wasn't concerned like at all she said as long as it surrounds the outside and not in ur stool ur fine. Eat some more fiber and up ur fluid intake and it should loosen it up a bit

Definitely sounds like hemorrhoids. I would talk to your doctor about it.

Sounds like it is. especially from being constipated, you couldve been straining yourself down there. I would definitely call and see a doctor tomorrow, just to confirm it.
