What if your water breaks n you do not know it or it is leaking. Do you feel different or do you automatically start labor?

Like pp said, my water breaking was nothing like the movies, if i would of been in the shower or bath i wouldnt have known unless i happened to put my hand down there at that exact time to feel it was a lil gooey like.. I wish mine was like the movies, i think it would be pretty cool hahahaa

Your water does not always.come.out in a big gush mine was like a trickle and if I moved a certain way it would come out more .. My contractions did not get worse right away if you are unsure go to the Dr they can test you

My moms water broke up to when she was pregnant with me and she said that if it weren't for the wet spot on the bed when she woke up she wouldn't have known. Sometimes it can be a really slow trickle of fluid. If you ever get worried I would just call your dr. Good luck :-)

Not everyone gushes water. My water broke and it felt more like a neverending trickle of pee. Some people go into labor right away, others don't. They had.to put stuff in my iv just to kick start my contractions. Of it is colorless and has no smell, it is definitely your water breaking.

If your water breaks, even in the shower, you will feel it. I was sleeping when mine broke and i could feel it pop. Also your tummy feels different, it gets smaller.

Try walking around. If it gets better, then it could be false labor. Are you feeling pain in your back at all?

No different color. I'm having cramps n small contractions. I just don't want to not notice and go to have sex to try to get it to happen... You know?

Im sure u wud of felt something though. Did u notice any colour in the water or anything? Bcos it isnt just clear water that comes out. Do u feel any different? Can u still feel babys movements? If ur worried phone ur midwife. X

Trust me if ur waters break u will def know. Its like a huge gush and it feels like u pee urself. I was already having contractions an they had to break my waters. The contractions get worse once theyve broken. X
