As posted above, the birth control pill is highly effective at preventing pregnancy, especially when taken properly. They're meant so that condoms are not actually needed. (They're just advised as well for added protection) You won't actually know if you're infertile until a doctor runs tests, but I highly doubt you are. If you're both wanting to conceive, she'll have to stop the pills. Otherwise it sounds like things are fine.

It doesn't necessarily mean your infertile. It could well indeed be that she's taking her pills correctly every month, which in case avoids getting pregnant. That the pill is for even though your not using condoms there's some type of protection there. If your trying to concieve she would need to stop taking the pill. You can always consult a dr if that would make you feel better as well...
