Hey girls I took my prinatals today for the first time n I got very sick i was throwing up, been sick all day n I don't want to eat should i get of hold of the dr or this is normal ?

They made me sick also I only could take the gummy kind my 1st and 2nd trimester

It's normal. Eat food before you take them. I only take the gummies.  They are the only ones I've used that don't make me sick.

Eat! I used to feel so sick when I took them. Taking them with a meal works.

I took them pretty good but I heard that drinking them with a cup of orange juice helps (: good luck

It may help if you take them while eating. My doc made it clear that they would make me sick if I didn't take them with food. Hopefully that'll help you also!

I take mine RIGHT before I lay down to go to sleep. I'm 27 weeks and still get nauseous with mine. Might as well sleep through the nausea. :)

Same thing happened to me & I started taking the gummy prenatals. And those helped me a loooot. I felt way better and ever since I haven't felt sick(: good luck!

Id Suggest Switching To The Gummies, There A Whole Lot Easier To Take & The Pills Made Me Sick Also But I Switched To The Gummies & I Dont Have Any Problems With Them,

I feel horrible:/ im going to try again tomorrow n eat a meal then take it again.hope I don't get sick again. I just hope it don't effect the baby

Thats what happened when. First started taking mine. The key is you really need to eat alot of food when you take them, make yourself full. My midwife even told me that flinstone vitamins would work just as fine to take if it still happened.
