So im 20 weeks pregnant.. and confused all my friends keep telling me that me and my bf/bd should get married as soon as the baby is born and how if we do the babies life will be better... of coarse i wantnto marry him hes the love of my life my hopes and dreams and every thing i wish i could be.. but im only eighteen will be nineteen  Jan 26th and me and him have only been together a year next month on the forth... i really want whats best for my baby but i dont wamt to rush things and ruin my relationship. ..

People said the same thing to me when i was pregnant with my first. We were engaged but we still didn't rush we got married after she turned a year. Now she is two i am pregnant with our second and can't be happier.

Having a child is NO reason to be married.
It's just a piece of paper.
Ypur babies life will be good as long as you love him or her and provide the best you can. You guys being married have nothing to do with it.
Get married when youre ready. Rushing things could hurt your relationship

Take your time don't rush it I have been with my fiance for 5 years we just got engaged this year still not married and our kids are very Happy if he asks and your ready then go for it but don't feel like it absolutely necessary to get married right away y'all can still be a happy family

Marriage can put a lot of unneeded stress on a couple. My doctor(very religous) always tries to talk to me about it. We are engaged and i think that is fine for now. It shows our commitment to each other but we dont have the "title" of husband and wife. I think as long as you guys are together and happy, there shiuld need to be a title. Good luck(: things will happen when they are meant to happen♡

In my opinion I wouldnt rush to marry. Your baby will have a good life with you two just being in it.
