Has anyone had the experience of your taste buds changing ..... n everything you eat tastes disgusting like everything taste like cardboard .... n I'm so miserable .... idk what to do .... any one know what i can do please I need help

Yes ughhhhhhhhh I had to take out my tongue ring because my taste buds was all jacked up lol

Lol yes. It changes randomly for the longest time, milk tasted like it soap. It was awful.

basically yes. just don't eat anything that doesn't taste right to you, whether you know it's still good or not. unfortunately we don't get to decide what happens to our bodies while were pregnant lol. I started eating more salad, fruits, veggies, etc. try soup you like also.

OMG me too. Things taste horrible plus I can't eat much after a few bites I'm full. Hopefully things change

Oh for sure. Some things I loved before taste like straight fish or rotten meat haha. Nothing you can do about it excel change your eating habits. I eat so many new things since being pregnant. Some that I've never tried before and some that I hated before but now love!
