has anyone had their water break at 35 weeks? what happened? did the baby have to stay in the nicu?
A lot of babies born before term have to stay in the nicu to develop their lungs, to gain weight, and to be able to maintain their body temperature
My cousins waters broke week 33, they kept her in hosp and was given steroids to develop babys lungs, she wad born at 35 weeks and weight over 5lbs but was ok to go home after a few days. She did later develop bronchitis or something like that with she had a spell in hosp but other than that all went well
My water broke at 36 weeks ma son weighted 5lb 8oz stood in da nicu for a month
My water broke at 34w2d. And my son weighed 5pounds 1.1ounce and stayed in the NICU for 2weeks
