early symtoms with PCOS?

i have very irregular periods due to the beginning of PCOS, my PCOS is not progressive because i am still young, but it still interferes with ovulation. anyways, i had unprotected sex on 09/03, & 09/04, the very next day i began to get slight cramping, which has lasted off and on for 6 days now. On top of that, i am literally exhausted, and i have been peeing like no other. i understand that it's wayyy too soon to test, and probably way too soon to even been feeling symtoms. because my periods are so irregular, i do not know when i ovulate, or when my period should be coming, and i don't typically cramp until after my period has actually started. i'm not ttc, but i wouldn't mind having a baby. i'm just awfully confused, can i be pregnant, is this super early pms?. :/

If you did get pregnant on those days you wouldn't have any symptoms the next day.  You probably wouldn't even have symptoms the next week.  It takes nearly a week for the egg to just get down the fallopian tube (if not fertilized within 24-36 hours of ovulation the egg dies).  *If* you're pregnant you should have a positive pregnancy test by September 20th.  If your period hasn't shown up by then and you still think you might be pregnant then take a test.

thanks! i figured i wouldn't get signs that soon, that's why i was so confused. like it's been noted, it's easy to get it all in your head. i'll wait it out until the 20th just to be sure, it's going to be the longest 11 days of my life!
