35 week us help lol
hi on thurs i had my 35 week scan to check babys size i was 35w 0d they are putting him at 8lb at the moment i was in shock my dr wont induce at all for any reason my other kids were
1st on her due date 8lb 14oz
was 4lb 13 at 32 weeks
2nd the day after her due dat 10lb
was 6lb 9oz at 34 weeks
3rd 39 weeks 11lb
was 6lb 6oz at 34 + weeks
i really dont think i can manage any bigger hope i go a little early or the doctor takes pitty on me and induces any sugestions please

Yeah i measured a week ahead can't remember weight with my second and my doc kept a close eye on it she was born naturally 11 days early and was 8 pounds 12 ounces.. i couldn't imagine 11 pounds.. it doesn't sound like your past ultrasounds have been too far off so i don't see why the doc wouldn't be concerned.. i'm all for natural births but 8 pounds at 35 weeks seems to be a bit much.. just my opinion.:)
Hi mama I really wouldn't worry too much first of all ultra sounds are not very accurate the further into preg u get. I had one with my 1st wile in labor they said he was over 8lbs and was born 21 hrs later at 7lbs even. Also your body knows what it is capeable of and won't grow a baby it can't handle. Your baby will come when its ready. If you really want to look into natural induction methods. Massage, acupuncture, acupressure, ect. I would deffinately stay away from castor oil though I can't imagine anything worse than diarriea and comtractions.
So I have a quick ? For u if u don't mind. I had an ultrasound at 31 weeks 2 days and they have her weight at 4lbs 6ozs. Is that big? With my other 2 I didn't have late ultrasounds so I don't know but she feels huge! Thanks.

thanks yeah i know hope he is having a good day and takes pitty on me lol but at the moment i just think the baby is in there now and he has to come out one way or another lol
my husband said maybe we should change doc as our last wee girl got a bit stuck and she was induced early and was still 11lb she was smaller on her 34+ week us 6lb 6oz i had her with a different doc who does induce
i did not see this doc yet he left early but his staff told me he never induces but another doctor in his office said if it was up to her she would take me in at 38 weeks but she needs his go ahead thats why i have to go back in 2 weeks

Holy woman! lol! I would get a second opinion.. Especially with you having an 11 pound baby i can't believe your doc wouldn't be concerned!
Wait and see what that one says. Maybe he won't grow too much between now and then :)
I'm sorry :(. Hopefully this docs measurements are off on the low side. We can hope anyway! Are they going to recheck you before 40 weeks to see how much he has grown?
