Pregnancy/Miss M/C

I am having all the classic symptoms of pregnancy nausea, fatigue, sore breasts, acne, mood swings, backache, constipation, and spotting.  My question is that with all this going on it is still possible to have had a miss m/c?  I spotted red Friday and and was really concerned.  When I was pregnant with my son who is now 5 I spotted until my 2nd trimester.  I get backache but think it's more because I've been constipated.  Any stories or information would be greatly appreciated.  We go tomorrow to hopefully see the heartbeat.

We saw the Heartbeat!!!  I'm 7w1d and the doc said everything looked great. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving blessing.  My spotting has now stopped and we're just taking it easy.  I'm still really nauseated and my breast are extremely sore but I'll take it.  We're having a Baby!!

The fetal pole is the beginning of the pregnancy.  My ultrasound indicated that there was a fetus but no heartbeat. However, blood work indicated that I was 4 to 6 weeks pregnant.  I don't know.  I do not have any spotting or backache.  No typical signs of a m/c.  I just have to wait until tomorrow when I go to my doctors appt.

What exactly is the fetal pole compared to the heartbeat?  Are you having any symptoms of a m/c like backache or spotting?

I do not have the classic signs of pregnancy.  This is weird because when I was pregnant with my daughter, I had all the symptoms.  I had an u/s on 11/19/07 and was told there was a fetal pole and a fetus but no heartbeat.  This is concerning.  I had blood work  and go for the 2nd round tomorrow.  My doctor stated I should presume the worst and it appears that I will have a miscarriage.  My prayers are with you.

thanks, I go tomorrow and I'm hoping for the best.  To answer your question mama, it's the spotting and backache and probably just the not knowing,  I've had two m/c in the past.

hey girl, if your concerned go see your doc and have a u/s done.  i was 9 weeks yesterday  and had to have a d and c yesterday. they baby never developed, the sac only grew to 4 weeks. we had been montering this for 3 weeks now. my levels barely would go up. i didnt even have much of the symtoms but i didnt have them with my boys. i never bleed till sunday night and it was more than spotting.   you can never tell whats going to happen, but keep your chin up and go see your doc just in case. praying for you
