I've lost 5 lbs according to my scale but the doctor's scale says 11.  They weighed me with shoes on and I wored 2 different types of shoes on the two visits.  So they were concerned about the loss since I haven't been sick. I explained that despite how much I ate I did this with my first child.  I lost a total of 13 lbs up through about month 5 before they had me add a shake a day to add some fats to my diet.  I ended up gaining 40 lbs in that pregnancy.  So I'm not so worried cause I'm eating healthy and enough.  Do I need to listen to the doctor's concerns or listen to my body and eat healthy foods when I'm hungry until I'm full and then go on?

lol oh no haha well i hope everything is ok and u will start putting the weight on again sheesh i have just eaten and i feel sicky now its added on to me feeling sick all morning i cant win haha

They said the weight loss will mean more ultrasounds to check the growth so not to really worry yet until they check the baby again.  My last one ended up being 8lbs7oz.  He grew just fine...too fine I thought during labor.

hmmm just eat lots i would see if it helps i know u said u have been eating loads any way but this is really a hard one

They havent' had me do a food diary but I have made it a point to include a little more fats than usual for me.  I really don't want to end up with the shake a day diet because my blood sugar is borderline right now.  I haven't found anything on why I would lose even though I eat regularly and healthy.  My family laughed at me the other day because of how I was eating and the fact that I was losing weight despite it.

when you weight someone they usually weigh with shoes on but at home or military they weight without shoes or socks on so i dont know which is accurate but if yuo dont feel comfortable then just ask the doctor why do you guys weight with shoes on and she what the doc says.

hmmm it is a difficult one hun im not to sure about that will the doctors give u the shakes they gave u before?
