I'm in the same boat ...:(
I posted something last night on this, how I feel like a balloon my feet are swollen my whole body is just bigger I'm almost 200 lbs probably am 200 by now I started put around 150 I'm only 27 weeks starting to really stress about this
I'm the same way. I started off at weighing 130 but I was in somewhat good shape because I did play sports and work out. through out the first 2 trimeters I would gain weight one week then It would come off by the next week. I don't know how but it would. Now I'm 33 weeks and weigh almost 190. It makes me so sad every time I see myself in the mirror. I feel like a whale( take In consideration I'm 5'1). what I've been doing and I would recommend is walking for at least 1-2 hours a day. It will help keep you active and will help you have a smoother labor. Also try eating more vegetables especially spinach, broccoli and anything green( vegetables only) they will keep you full, longer than junk food
Don't stress unless your Dr. Says its affecting your babies health everyone gains and carries weight differently I've gained 70 pounds I'm 39 weeks now tho so I hopefully won't gain much more
I feel huge also... I started at 140lbs, I'm 26 weeks and I already weight 161lbs. Trying to not to gain weight at a fast pace is such a struggle
I started out at 134 I'm now 156 already and only 22 weeks... Lol :(((
If u want to do it just for ur self and not cause back pains, just try to eat healthy foods. My sister wasn't thin when she had my 2 nephews n got bioger with them but she had no complications they are healthy kids and doctor was never concerned or rude about her weight. As long as they are healthy that's all it matter. If anyone judges u ignore it because u have a bundle of joy in ur tummy. I lost weight n I'm four months still can't eat everything but I miss eating some good food was 136 now I'm 125 and trying to not put a lot of weight because I had bad Injurey.
Try to go for snacks that are full of energy and things your body really needs like nuts, cheese and crackers, fruit. Keeping active helps heaps too and is really good to help you in labor. Weight only matters if your doc/midwife is concerned you are gaining too much. I'm 35 weeks, gained 30 lbs and everyone says I look so small. I don't feel like I've put that much weight on and walk every day and do yoga twice a week. But it doesn't bother me, I'm healthy and fit and baby is growing well!! That's all that matters not some number on a scale
