weird pain/stomach tightening
Im having really weird symptoms and im wondering what they could be (normal or not). Im exactly 18 weeks. Last night I kept feeling this tightening around my abdomen and I felt light headed and warm. It felt like if I had held my breath a really long time even though I was breathing. I was laying down on my left side. These went away when I got up this morning. All day I have had severe shooting pain on my right side of my abdomen. Now I am experiencing a tightening of my stomach that is uncomfortable, but not painful. It feels like my whole stomach from top to bottom is tightening, and is hard when I touch it. After a minute or so my tummy returns to normal and is squishy to the touch again. Am I having braxton hicks or something?? Any ideas on what this could be? The baby has been doing her normal kicks and I have an ultrasound tomorrow so I decided not to call the doctor until after.
Ive never had bh, is that something I should tell the doctor soon? My next appointment isnt until the end of February and all im doing is an ultrasound tomorrow
