okay everyone well for yall who do not know..IM PREGNANT!!
okayy well i recently switched my doctor cause i believe i am further along then what they are telling me i am...there telling me im only like 13 weeks and 1 day...here is why

my periods are regualr, every 28 days, they last about 6-7 days
October 17,2010 was my last regular period...and i did tell my doctors that I also told them the November 11-13,2010 i had only 3 days of spotting...so they counted that as my period...why im not sure...

the october period was regular, nothing unusual and
the novermber period like i said was 3 days short and i didnt even have to wear anything at all...even when i did wear a tampon when i took it out there was only 1 little pink spot at the very tip and thats it...

so my question is...when do you think my last period was??
and how far would it make me in my pregnancy now??

I'm not too sure. When I called them, I had just told them I had just gotten a positive on a pregnancy test and wasn't sure of what I should be doing next. I also just wanted doctor confirmation. I found out in the office that I was going to be getting an ultrasound as well to confirm fetal heartbeat and dating. You could call around and ask different clinics. They gave me a list of doctors, insurance information, housing options and help, and birth control info for after birth, etc..so I dunno how they would treat it if you already have one and are further in your pregnancy.

well either way i would already be in my second trimester so will they still do it??
so what did you tell them like you didnt know when your last period was or what??
&& say cause i already have my doctor and if i go to a clinic and try to get one there will they let me even though i got a doctor??

A dating scan is just an early ultrasound done to determine how far along you are. I had once because I didn't know how far I was and to check on baby and mine was done at 7 weeks at a free clinic.

thankyou so much for all of your advice and it does make sence to tell them about my novmeber spotting even though it wasnt normal for me but 3 days is still a normal period for some girl...so ill keep you posted and let you know!!

I would tell her about November only for the fact that even if it was just spotting they need to know everything and u can tell her it was irregular and not normal and that way she will give u a u/s to establish correct due date. Otherwise there's no reason to give u a u/s at this time.. And u don't want to go the whole pregnancy thinking ur further along if ur really not.. But I'm sure ur OB will b able to pin point the date. And I know it's hard waiting for ur next appt, but u have to have patience in order to enjoy ur pregnancy and not worry so much!! So just distract urself for the next couple days and time will go by faster!!

okayy so im going to go get an ultasound this thursday...
and hopefully they take some blood from me so they will be able to tell me my hgc level...
it just thursday seems so far....lol

okay so when i go to this new doctor do i tell them my last regualr period was October 17,2010 and not even bring up November because it wasnt regular and if the baby dont measure up to October then I tell them about November??

thankyou!! and yess!! im just bearly now telling everyone because how i miscarried last time i was pregnant and i didnt want the same thing to happen!!

Only way to know is to get a sonogram. Congratulations!!! I had no idea you were pregnant!

I'd go off the November date which would make u 14weeks and 2days.. The only way I change it if u have/had a early ultrasound and it would say 18weeks 1day which is an entire 4 weeks so if u haven't had a ultrasound I would do so to make sure u have the correct date.. But remeber whether ur 4 weeks further or not the baby will come out when it's ready!! :) good luck! Keep me posted!
