How many of you expecting moms read to your baby bumps? How did you feel when you first started doing that and did it eventually start feeling normal?

I never read or talked to by belly. I don't know it just made me feel uncomfortable but I'd always rub it or play music to my belly

It felt weird to me and I know it felt weird to hubby too but Ive gotten used to it I am trying to get my hubby to read to her...I sing, talk, and get mad at her lol so she will know me pretty well when she comes out lol

I use to talk and sing to my first born all the time and tell her stories and she came out loving music she would be sleep hear music wake up and start dancing and singing lol she is only 16 months with this pregnancy I talk to her and me and my daughter sing to her and I tell her about her big sis and how much she loves her and would protect her I feel babies understand what is going on from inside also so it is good to do those things while pregnant

I'll be 31 weeks this Saturday and still not used talking to my baby bump. I just cant get used to it :/

I love doing it I started doing it at about 10 weeks even though I knew they couldn't hear me. My husband does it now that I'm farther along. It honestly helps me feel a closer connection to my baby especially since my baby doesn't kick or anything yet because I'm only 16 weeks
