Yup I have MediCal and it took awhile to get processed but they'll tell you that you can bring whichever paper it was (basically stating that you are waiting but already approved) and be able to make an appt! I didn't have my first appt till I was 12 weeks and my dr said that was a good time since by then you'll be able to see your baby but just make sure to get prenatals!! :)

The government can't deny you the medicaid, here it's called mediCal, but since your pregnant you can't be denied, even if you do make x amount of dollars, it'll just be share cost which is what I have. I Don't have to pay at the drs, but in the end I'll  owe mediCal $2,000. Go apply asap

Medicaid! Or find a clinic that goes by your income.

Medicaid is great and easy to apply for. If they approve you they'll cover appointments up to 3 months before I think im not 100% though they covered me for one a month before I was approved. Im in tx so policies may be different where you are
