this confuses me

so I went to my obgyn today the ultrasound said I was 4w+4days+2wks  .....Does this mean 6 weeks 4 days basically?????   Are they say im 4 w 4 days since conception + the 2 wks before my mentral cycle

Thats what it sounds like but that's a really unusual and confusing way for them to put it.  Most doctors would just say you are 6 wks 2 days meaning from the beginning your lmp

my lmp was march 6 so I should b at least 6 weeks no way 4 weeks

I had the same thing when i had my second ultrasound at 13 weeks i got excited and thought maybe i could be 2 weeks further along, i shall ask at my next apt 17th of may and let you know the response but let me know how you go please.congrats on yr pregnancy by the way, I am 16weeks tomorrow and looking like im 6 months already but this is my 6th pregnancy last being a missed miscarriage,

It sounds like thats what they are saying. But I would double check with your doctor at your next appointment or call and ask the nurse what your chart says.
