It doesnt feel sensitive from the outside like a bruise. Is the bruising on the inside?
Thats how i woke up feeling this morning. Getting out of bed hurts (my bed is really high) opening my legs. Every step, laughing, squatting. My bones hurt :( i cant see down there to know if i have a bruise or not lol
