I have cats so don't have that problem, But in the beginning we had a 90lb pitt bull we rehomed simply because our house is small and he wasn't. He did this to me once and my doc told me unless i start bleeding not to worry. The baby is very well protected in there. You can always get a scan done to be sure and train your dog to stay off your belly
When I was 10 weeks my 70 pound chow chow landed really hard on my belly to the point where I cried because she came running in from the other room and landed right on me as she jumped on the bed. I went to the ER and they told me baby is so little that it is very protected. You should be fine but if you are concerned you should call your doctor.
Lol, I have two dogs of my own. One of which is a lab/pit mixed and another is a puggle. The puggle is the pouncer, lol. And my parents have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a Border Collie/German shepherd, lol, the german shepherd is a jumper, you can only imagine the amount of pain I've endured. Also, my cats love to walk across my stomach like I'm a cat walk, aha. You A-Okay momma but get checked if you think its a must. :p
I have a 60 pd red nose pit he.hs sat layed jumped n stepped on me n my baby stillis healthy n moving lot
Ok Thank You Guys That Makes Me Fill better
I have a boxer/Shepard mix and he jumped on me around 13 weeks also and he is about 60lbs and I have a healthy baby boy. I even asked my midwife just to check and make sure he was doing ok when it happened and she said that all the amniotic fluid acts as a cushion to your baby and she said it basically is in a big bubble and that the dog isn't going to be able to hurt it. S everything is ok! :)
You,should be okay. Baby is very small and has lots of cushion around them. I have three pitbullsand their always pounching on me and my little boy is healthy as can be!
My 90lb lab and German Shepard mix has smacked me and pounced on my a few times. I'm now 39+3 with a healthy boy. You should be fine, baby is well protected but if you feel different or just want yo ease your mind call your doctor. That's what they're there for. (:
