what should i do

I'm 9 weeks pregnant us it okay to lay on my stomach and sleep on it?

Idk y I feel like the baby can't breath or I'm I squishing My baby .lol when I sleep on my stomach I feel like I can't breath .aww thank u

Yeah your baby is like the size of a  quarter lol and has plenty of cushion. Once u start feeling doscomfort then stop

Yes, it is perfectly safe for you to sleep on your stomach for as long as you're able to, bc at some point it just won't be an option anymore due to the baby bump. And even then it's not unsafe, it's just very uncomfortable, definitely wish I could still sleep on mine. Lol ... hhowever, sleeping on you're left side is best bc it helps with blood flow to the uterus, but that definitely doesn't mean other positions are unsafe.

I'm 32 weeks and still kind of sleep on my stomach. I put the body pillow underneath me and lean forward because it's the only way I can get comfortable lol. If I'm bugging him, he'll kick me and I'll move. You're technically supposed to sleep on your side but the baby is pretty well protected in there

Im 18 weeks and i still lay on my stomach, usually put a body pillow underneath me. If its uncomfortable don't but if theres no struggle dont stress ur self (:

Your body will tell you when to stop. With my first thats the only way I slept til I was like 20 something weeks
