When I got pregnant with my first I was 16 and weighed 150, day I had him I weighed 220. Came off after slowly but after a year I got back to 160. I was injured in a tornado and had 15+ surgeries and before this pregnancy I weighed 214(and for some reason the doctor says I look amazing for 214) I'm 32 wks now and weigh 230, I'm 19. Depending on you and how you eat and how active you are after the baby that will determine how the weight comes off. I wouldn't worry, your young and it's alot easier than it seems to eat heathly and work out for small amounts throughout the day after you have a baby. Most of the weight you see on the scale is baby fluid that will go away.
