I have the same problem..Ugh:/ I am 29 wks told my dr about it and they tested for infection but nothin. Said its jst normal. I am constantly changin underwear!! Like above post said when its hot its worse!! I try and wear dresses much as possible s I can get as much air flow as I can...lol tht helps some. But all I know to do is wear pantyliner and change underwear frequently. :)

I had a lot with my last pregnancy... its very common, i know i read somewhere that changing your undies was better than wearing a panty liner(better air flow) but seriously im not gonna carry around extra undies and then carry around dirty undies?! so i changed my panty liner constantly to keep the area clean( it helped that i had to pee constantly too lol) and i also used these wipes9peri wipes) to freshen up to make myself feel cleaner(they were in individual packages)... cause its not that it was dirty it was just unpleasant to feel wet all the time... and i have to say in the summer it really did seem worse cause your already sweaty... so far im 26 weeks and i think its starting up again :( but whatever...cant do much about it...  and with anything like the prev post said, let your Dr know :)

In my pregnancy book, it states that any vast amount of change should be discussed with your doctor. If you had none and now its crazy, you should say something. If it was gradual, its normal. Many women wear pantyliners by the end of their pregnancy.
