vaginal bleeding

hello,

I need your help, i dont have time to go in the hospital cause of my job, I am experiencing vaginal bleeding for the last 3 weeks to be exact. my menstrual period is coming every 25th of the month, last month may 26 2008 i started to take pills because my husband came back with me... but this last june 10, 2008 i got a period until now i am having a slightly red thick blood coming out from me and cramping stomach... what should i do??? and also i have a miscarrieage last april 2008... is it advisable for me to continue taking pills???? what do you think is the better contraceptive for me???? please i will be waiting for your reply...

It can take a while to regulate your cycle when you start and stop the pill.  This can also cause bleeding and spotting while your body gets used to the hormones.  You could call your OBGYN and ask him or her this question as to what the best form of birth control is best for you.

Starting and stopping pills can cause unexplained bleeding, if you were taking pills and stopped on 10th June then this would explain the bleed.

I would advise that you speak to a doctor about a regular form of birth control if you are trying to avoid pregnancy and use protection in the meantime
