whats the problem
A friend of mine been having problems concieveing and wanna know whats the problem she been trying for 2 1/2. Years but she already have a 5 year old daughter
Well that first part is the most important part to limit her contact with men so her hormones can go back to a normal and natural state
She should stop having sex for 3 months she should not sleep in the same bed with her husband
Start hanging around women more often every day if possible
Drink only water
Eat lean protein raw fruits and vegetables really start loving salad
Eat a lot of baked yams daily if you can stomach it
She should stop thinking about trying to make babies and just enjoy the new habits and the female company she should ignore stress let it all go
