It doesn't really matter what day of your cycle that you ovulate on, what matters is how long your luteal phase is. Once you ovulate, a healthy luteal phase would put you due for af around 12-14 days post ovulation. My cycles are generally 31-34 days long and I ovulate around (give or take) day 18 or 19. I am now 8 weeks pregnant, this is my 8th pregnancy so yes it is very possible to get pregnant that late in your cycle. Not everyone has a perfect 28 day cycle.
Thank you so much for your advice and CONGRATS on your pregnancy!
I forgot about the luteal phase, I took my BBT temp this morning and it was 98.3 maybe AF is coming, I was cramping so bad last night that it actually woke me up so who knows. Thanks Again!
Ovulation can change each month for some, generally your luteal phase will be the same,no matter when you ovulate.you may end up with a longer cycle.fingers crossed this is your month.
Thank You I hope it is as well!
AF was supposed to start yesterday or today I think, negative test this morning but my nurse at the OB told me to test this Saturday or Sunday so it would be 2 weeks past Ovulation. I am still using my BBT which probaly dont mean anything but I do it anyways and it was 98.1 this morning. Anyone exp this? Or is it just still to early to test?
I would say bit to early yet, most docs will say wait until at least week after missed period.good luck.
Thanks,
My husband had a Testerone blood test done Mon and got the results back today it is actually low like 260 so that explains alot on why we have not became pregnant, we have been trying for almost a year . I thought it was me, but I had everything checked a while back. This was his first test and the reason it was done was because he has been so tired lately that would explain it.
