Me and my bf are trying to have a baby. Im soooo confused about ovulation. I start my period on the 13th and sometimes the 14th of every month. So is it 14 days after your period ends?? i just want to know when i will be MOST fertile. Im thinking i might be most fertile today which is the 28th but i dont know.
Also i read somewhere that most women can tell when they are ovulating because they get a discharge like a white cloudy substance. does anyone know about this and is it true?

i like mymonthlycycles.com you chart your periods and stuff and it can tell you the week and about what day you should be ov. have sex every other day that week and on the day of ov.

try to ovulation calendar either on webmd or fertility friend. the one on webmd will tell pretty close to the few days u will be fertile.

yes, if your period is regular and 28 days cycle than, you probably ovulate on the day 14 counting fromtthe fist day of your period.

Yes, you can monitor the cervival mucus. Yyou will get a lot more CM during ovulation and thsi CM is clear like raw egg-white and strech out to an inch or more. you will notice this everytime when you wipe after you use bathroom.
