when should i start counting my next period?
I really don't know when should i start counting my menstrual cycle, should i start already from the beginning of my period or the last day of my period?
Your cycle starts on the FIRST day of menstrual bleeding. That would be cycle day 1. The last day of your cycle is the day BEFORE your menstrual bleeding starts. This number would be the total length of your cycle.
