when??

I'm 4 months today, and i'm still not showing... I just wish I could tell myself that i'm pregnant. I did  rbthe heartbeat last week but they won't give me an ultrasound until 21 weeks.. So another 5 weeks until I see my baby again. The first one was at 11 Weeks. I just want to be able to tell i'm pregnant and feel pregnant.. Anyone else around 4 months and still not noticing?

i am 5 months and at 4 months i felt like my tummy looked like it was bloated. now i have a tiny belly. i know how you feel hated knowing i was pregnant but couldn't feel or see my baby. well i did feel him early on but it was little nudges and only randomly. now he kicks every night. and it also has to do with your body.. why dont you buy a doppler... i think thats what its called to hear the heart beat at home.
