Im worried

This is my second pregnancy, my first was a misscariage. I am 6 weeks and felt cramps and bloating but my doctor tells me everything is ok, and they did an ultrasound but all they can see is the sac. He saids it may be because i am still early in my pregnancy.I dont know if i should be worried. Since i already had a misscariage i am afraid it will happen again. Specially because he only saw the sac. Is this normal?

If it helps, at the 6 week mark we didn't see anything either, dr said it was still too early and everythings fine

Dont stress to much. Maybe it is just early to see the little bean. Cramping is normal during early pregnancy, but bleeding is not so of you start to bleed go to your dr. Did you do the vaginal ultrasound? Thats the only way you are able to see your lil one and hear the heartbeat so early. But just have in your mind everything is fine hun. Good Luck
