i am in need of some help. i slept with my ex just a few days before christmas, then on the 26, i cheated on him with another guy. i never had sex with my ex again after christmas. i am not 100% sure of when my lmp was, but it was either dec 16 or dec 22. my due date was sept 29, but i had my baby girl on sept 28. i have a paternity test set up for next month, but would kind of like as many opinions as i can get

At this rate, since you already have a paternity test scheduled for next month, you might as well just wait since none of us would be able to tell you for sure. That is the only way you'll know who the father is. Good luck and I hope everything works out in the best way possible for this little girl's sake.

You won't be able to tell who baby is just by looking at pictures. They change so much it's unreal. I looked nothing like my father. In fact I look more like the man who raised me and he has no relation to me. Guessing won't tell you anything in this situation.

JoyRenee is right. my last period was sept. 25th but i didnt concieve until Oct.5th.  so its normally a week off. first my due date was july 12th then they moved it to the 5th. because of the ultrasound. my ob has said the due date can be off by a week or two. your dates are really close to tell id just wait for the dna test to be positive.

My original due date was sept 23, but the ultrasound said sept 29. If that helps

Actually sperm can live for 7 days in perfect conditions. I agree, the time frame is far too close. There's no possible way to know if it might be more likely to be one over another. Only way to know is DNA.

There is no way, even knowing your last period, to know which man is the father just by guessing. The dates are too close and ovulation and conception are estimates. Your period doesn't determine when you ovulate anyway so you could have ovulated late.

i wasn't with anyone early january. wouldnt it be more likely that baby is the other guys and not my ex? considering sperm only live for up to 5 days?

Were you with anyone in early Jan? My due date is 9/27 and I know that I conceived on 1/4 because I did IUI. So if your due date was 9/29 it is likely that you conceived in early Jan. But dates can be off by a week or so so I agree with the others that it will probably be impossible to know without the test.

mmmm its kinda a toss up. i wouldnt bet my life on whos it is because its to close together. i would just wait for the test

It wouldn't even be worth guessing with there only being a few days between sleeping with each guy, could be either
