When is it the best time to get them pulled I'm 10 week? And has anybody got them out while pregnant? Is it safe?

I'll have to see my insurance covers it til I'm 21 when my baby comes ill have to payout of pocket they didn't start hurting til last week that why I didn't say anything to my dentist but ill check with all my docs to see thanks:)

I had all four pulled at the same time with no gas just numbing shots and stitches before I got pregnant and I was on bed rest for days!! I would wait unless your Dr says you must have them out out now.

Had mine done before I was pregnant but honestly I can't imagine getting em done while pregnant. It's pretty painful and makes eating hard, plus morning sickness on top of that would be so horrible!

I'd hold off until after birth if you're able to. That'd be very very uncomfortable and painful. Even more than it already is.
